The website describes the types of IT services InfraCanopy may offer. Content is general information and does not create a service, support, advisory, or fiduciary relationship. Availability, scope, service hours, response targets, pricing, exclusions, and the contracting party must be confirmed in writing.

Do not provide system credentials or grant access until an authorized written service arrangement identifies the task, responsible parties, permitted systems, and access method. Customers remain responsible for authorizing their users and ensuring they have rights to any systems or information supplied for support.

You may not use this website or any contact channel to transmit malware, unlawful content, unsolicited bulk messages, stolen credentials, deceptive requests, or material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not send passwords, secret keys, payment-card data, or sensitive files by ordinary email.

When you request or use a service, we may send non-marketing communications needed to complete or update that action, including actual message types associated with the agreed service such as ticket, account, maintenance, billing, or service-report messages.
