Privacy Policy
This policy explains how InfraCanopy handles information submitted through this website and in connection with the services described here. Last updated August 26, 2026.
Who we are
InfraCanopy is the brand used for the IT services described on infracanopy.com. Before any paid service begins, the applicable proposal or service agreement identifies the legal or DBA operator responsible for the engagement.
Privacy enquiries may be sent to privacy@infracanopy.com.
Information we collect
We may collect information you choose to provide when you request information, contact support, enter into a service relationship, or communicate with us. This can include your name, business contact details, company information, request content, and records needed to manage an agreed service.
We may also receive basic technical information produced when you use the website, such as device, browser, log, security, and performance data, where enabled by our hosting and security providers.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, evaluate service fit, provide and secure agreed services, manage authorized users, process support requests, communicate operational updates, maintain records, prevent misuse, and meet applicable obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use purchased, rented, scraped, or transferred marketing lists.
Email communications
Service and transactional messages may concern an action or relationship you request or agree to, such as account invitations, support-ticket confirmations, replies, status changes, maintenance notices, password resets, invoices, or service reports. We do not disguise advertising as a service notification.
Optional marketing email is sent only after a freely given, informed, and unambiguous choice to receive the categories described at sign-up. Marketing consent is optional, applies only to InfraCanopy and the stated subjects, and may be withdrawn at any time.
We retain evidence of active marketing consent, including the date and method by which it was obtained, and maintain suppression information needed to honor unsubscribe and spam-report requests.
Email delivery and tracking
When implemented, we may use providers including Twilio SendGrid to process and deliver email on our behalf. They receive information needed to perform those services for the purposes described in this policy.
Where permitted, and after obtaining any consent required by applicable law, email may use delivery, open, or link measurement. The actual controls offered will be described at the point of collection or in the relevant message.
Sharing, security, and retention
Information may be shared with service providers that support hosting, communications, security, payment, or contracted IT work, only as reasonably needed for those functions or as required by law. Access is limited according to the service relationship and operational need.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, an active relationship, security, recordkeeping, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements. Retention may vary by record type and service agreement.
Your choices
You may ask about your information or withdraw optional marketing consent by emailing privacy@infracanopy.com. Marketing email will also include an unsubscribe method. Withdrawal does not prevent non-marketing messages concerning actions or services you request.
