Email preferences

InfraCanopy may use email delivery services, including Twilio SendGrid, for help-desk ticket confirmations and updates, customer-requested support replies, account onboarding, maintenance notices, service alerts, and other messages connected to a requested service relationship.

Messages are intended only for clients, authorized users, or people who directly request support or otherwise initiate a service relationship. InfraCanopy does not send cold outreach or unsolicited bulk email and does not use purchased, rented, shared, scraped, or transferred contact lists.

InfraCanopy is a managed IT services brand operated by Washington BrightEdge Software LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company, Organization No. 1459205. Avery Bennett acts as an authorized representative for the brand.

InfraCanopy does not add addresses from purchased, rented, scraped, or transferred marketing lists. If optional marketing subscriptions are offered, the sign-up choice will identify InfraCanopy, the message categories, the expected frequency, and how to unsubscribe. The choice will be optional and unchecked by default.

Use the unsubscribe or preference link included in any InfraCanopy marketing email. The request will be honored promptly and no later than ten days after receipt, or sooner where applicable law requires. Marketing email will not resume unless you make a new affirmative choice.

If a link is unavailable or you need help, email privacy@infracanopy.com with the subject “Email preference request.”

After a marketing unsubscribe, you may continue to receive non-marketing messages concerning actions or services you request, such as account invitations, ticket updates, maintenance notices, password resets, invoices, or service reports.

InfraCanopy will connect any future online preference controls to the live suppression system before optional marketing email is sent. This page does not claim that submitting an email alone creates or changes a service agreement.
